Welcome to PopLife, the Population Genomics Browser across the Tree of Life.

PopLife is a population genomics browser, based on JBrowse 2, that compiles genomic and functional data for species across the Tree of Life. Visit the Help section for detailed information about the source data, a description of the available tracks, and a step by-step tutorial useful for learning the usage of the browser.
